How to quickly use the App and communicate smoothly

Dickens Hearing aids are easy to operate.

Firstly, you need to download the app on your mobile phone, and then follow the instructions to connect the hearing aids to the mobile phone.

There are five steps in the operation guide.

Taking Android or Apple mobile phones as an example, the operation of Bluetooth connection for mobile apps will be demonstrated.

The whole process is simple and fast, and it’s also very convenient for the elderly to use.

Remove the hearing aid from the charging case and wear it properly.

Please make sure that the hearing aid is fully charged before using it.

If you find that the battery is running low, you can let the hearing aid be charged for a while first.

Turn on the device’s Bluetooth search & connect “TO01″on Iphone (headphone shape on Android phone).

The Bluetooth of mobile phones in different versions varies slightly.

The Dickens hearing aids are equipped with the most advanced Bluetooth interfaces and can be compatible with the Bluetooth of most mobile phones.

(Android Phone) After headphone shape “TO01″Bluetooth connected, click the setting icon to check.

At this stage, you are already close to successfully connecting the hearing aid to the mobile phone.

After connecting to the mobile phone, please also pay attention to adjusting the volume to an appropriate level.

(Android Phone) Check and make sure the “Call audio”and “Media audio”be opened.

Answer/end/reject a call can be done on hearing aids or your device. Adjust volumes only on device.
